Our Story
Dinesh Kalia is a Corporate Trainer and Motivational speaker. He is a Hypnosis Expert and Numerologist. He carries 40 years of rich experience working in Corporate & Industry out of which 15 years are core in Training and Development.
He is a multi-faceted and multi-talented person featured in different areas like Corporate Training, Counselling, and Healing. He uses Numerology to understand human barriers and provide remedies.
Started his professional journey in the Compressors industry, as a Mechanical Engineer, afterwards,he joined IFFCO and worked in Power Plants. He rose up to the position of Head of Product Handling Plant with total responsibility for product, Quality, and all logistics.
After entering in training domain, as Head Of Training and Development, he got an opportunity to mentor and develop engineers from Middle - Eastern countries.
He was very instrumental in mentoring approximately 1000 engineering students every year from different educational institutions who were joining IFFCO for vocational training for more than 10 years.
He developed hundreds of youngsters who were joining IFFCO as employees and now working successfully in different positions.
For all these extraordinary efforts, he received Three Times consecutively Training Excellence Award From the Greentech Foundation and the Golden Peacock Award for Training from IOD for IFFCO.
He conducted exclusive training programs for young engineers and management fresh recruits of IFFCO, NFL, B.L.Agro Bareilly, and GAIL. UJVN Dehradun, PNB Training Centre Dehradun, and Bank of Baroda Bareilly. He visited many educational institutes Like Rohilkhand University Bareilly, RBMI Bareilly, INVERTIS Bareilly, LBS Management Institute Bareilly, and LBS KOTA, as Guest Faculty.
He is the author of Two books, “ Create Your Influence and Dynamics of Growth”.His blogs are being published under the title, “ Selfgrowthrulesblogspot.com “.
